Home Carer
We at Direct Home Care 365, we don’t just deliver good care, we deliver amazing care. You may already be a caregiver, you may have cared for a family member or friend, or you may have worked for a care agency. Since we are the leading provider of homecare services, we have proven that previous care experience isn’t a prerequisite for being a great caregiver. You’ll receive free carer training at our Bradford office, which will help you to be the best carer you can be. You can then make a huge difference to someone’s life after being carefully matched with a customer.

Who You Are
Ideally you must be a dynamic, self motivated and experienced carer or senior carer or team leader working in a domiciliary care setting. We’d like you to hold the NVQ/QCF Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care, but this is not a must. If you are committed to personal care, and passionate about providing the care to the people who need it most with a learning mindset, you could fit in with this job. We expect you to be an excellent team player who can take responsibility and take your own initiatives and work unsupervised. You must be confident and outgoing with the ability to deliver training to a group of people. You will be responsible for overseeing medication support for all customers that require medication and will be competent in recording, documentation and filing.
